Sure.  But there's such a thing as taking a theme *too* far, Mark.  It just
makes for a very drab board.  I'm sure a clever graphic artist could have
come up with something more colorful and still maintain the blackout theme.

And while it isn't that important to *me*, I've heard quite a few players
express disappointment that the game reflects absolutely nothing of Hong
Kong (including the map!).

Still a great game.
