Alpine-1 Improvement

Hi,

in the fight against the texture uglies in TORCS i created a cool
background for Alpine-1 road track. 
As required this is free art, so it can shipped with TORCS 1.3.1 . I
modified the background colors und 
background type of the alpine-1.xml too.
