Re: r1-3-1 progress

Hi all

I built today the 1.3.1-test1 installer for Windows. When I am done with the 
Linux packages and some rudimentary testing I will release it, so expect the 
packages within the next two weeks.

The 1.3.1-test1 package will not yet contain updated documentation, I will take 
care of this while the public is testing. test1 does not yet contain the updated 
dirt 1 track (I will most likely include it) and some great car textures (I have 
first to ask the creator for the release terms).
