Hi Please check if you have Java installed: open a cmd shell (go to the start button, open the "execute command" box, I do not know the exact naming right now, enter cmd.exe), the enter in the cmd window java -version. If Java is not found, install java (java.sun.com). I have the track editor running on Windows 7 64 bit here.
