Hi

It depends where you have installed it, the command would be "torcs". If 
you have no path set to the installation location you have to give the 
full path, e.g. on my system I start it with "~/torcs_bin/bin/torcs" 
(this will not be the case for your system, just as example).

Btw. did you also run "make datainstall"?
