Help with building robot

Hey all,

I have a grad-level project wherein my advisor wants me to model a robot,
tweak it's parameters and deploy it in TORCS platform. He has emphasised on
using python to code the robot agent. This is an entirely new dimension for
me. I can't seem to find a dedicated tutorial to do so using python in
Windows OD. I need a sincere help to have me get started. Can I get some
input on this?
