Release: TTDPatch 2.0 is done!

Yes, finally TTDPatch 2.0 is done.  You can get it at 
http://www.ttdpatch.net/ or one of the mirrors.

- new graphics for all vehicle types
- new vehicle sets
- electrified railways
- more construction options (build track, depots and other things on
   slopes!)

- many new sign cheats
- many fixes for bugs in TTD and TTDPatch
- lots of improvements for Windows 2000 and XP compatibility
