This is only of interests for .grf authors.  It allows loops in certain
limited cases.

Yes, it's a bug in autorenew introduced by autoreplace.  I even tested
it, and it worked.  Then I had to fixed a bug in autoreplace which broke
autorenew again.

However, it's safe to turn on autoreplace, which evades this bug.  If
you don't want to use autoreplace, simply don't load any replacement
schemes.

Of course it'll be fixed in a64.

That's the same problem as Jens had, with the same workaround.

Yes, I'm afraid that's a crash I introduced in a63 while fixing another 
bug.  Sometimes you just can't win... :)

It's also been fixed for a64.
