I am running ttdpatch a62f.

I have been enjoying the new PBS signaling but very occasionally trains
crash, especially on tracks I have recently modified.

After many attempts I have at last managed to get a save game just
before a crash, with the track changes needed to cause it. Well almost,
as you will see a very near miss actually.

In the original game the trains did really crash but my last save game
was quite old.

I have collected three save games 1 is the original game, 2 & 3 are my
attempts to recreate the crash:

1. TRP40.SV1 11th Apr 1952. The last save game before the crash.
Removing the signals between Quarnford Mines and Quarnford East on about
5th Jun 1952 should recreate the crash.
2. TRP00.SV1 5th Jun 1952, just before I remove the two one way signals
between Quarnford Mines and Quarnford East. If allowed to run on, no
crash occurs.
3. TRP01.SV1 6th Jun 1952 just after I remove the two one way signals
between Quarnford Mines and Quarnford East. If allowed to run, signals
appear to be ignored and a very near miss occurs 27th Jun 1952.

The save games can be found in

newgrfw.cfg
