To all players useing the cooperative switch.

Hello

The experimental features cooperative switch was never tested neither 
created in sense of a full featured switch. The main goal of this hack 
(which get a lot later a switch because people asked about it several 
times) was to play cooperative in multiplayer mode.
And this only with the rail network. That means, neither road vehicles, 
ships or planes will work correctly with this switch and the train 
feature is very unstable.
If it's possible you should try to avoid using this switch.

The disable AI at 75% share was later added by Josef.
