Doesn't seem to be the case. A BR140 pulling livestock vans also triggers this behaviour here, i.e. opening the train window triples CPU usage, with peaks around 95%. OTOH, a BR194 with goods vans doesn't make any problems, usage stays at 25% which it usually is when playing without any windows open. Quite confusing...
