transporting fish

hello,

I found some fish-thingies in the water near my mountain-scenario map.
Bought two freighters refitted to fish and put them (en route) to my
train station.

After digging a route to the only fish-food-factory ontop of the
mountain across the map, I can't find a single train or wagon to
transport "fish".

What do I do wrong?
