: Where is I-D draft-ietf-aaa-diameter-api-04

Hi All,

I saw a reference in the Mailing archives to the I-D,
draft-ietf-aaa-diameter-api-04, but I don't see it in the I-D search.  Nor
do I see it in the list of I-Ds produced by the working group.  Is this
supposed to be on these lists, and it just hasn't made it yet.  Or, is this
just a private draft that hasn't been worked on through the working group?

Also, is this draft proprietary, or may it be implemented (copied) by
anyone without infringing on any copyright or license agreement?
