RE: : RFC 4006: Diameter Credit Control Application

I have not been sending "thanks you" or "congratulations" to this
list w.r.t. the recent RFC publications.

I guess that is wrong. So congrats and thank you to all authors
the WG chairs and the WG.

But I must say that I was (still am) quite disappointed by the
record times that some of these documents have been in AUTH48.
I would like to urge this WG specifically to pay MUCH MORE attention
to WG Last Calls and to manke SURE that AT THAT TIME you do do a
VERY CAREFULL review and bring up issues. That is true for the
authors and editors too. They are NOT supposed to have a 2nd
CHANCE at AUTH48 time.

Sorry to lash out, but it needs to be said.
