But this is already spelled out in Section 4, Applicability Statement, when the text reads: We assume that the database containing the user-related data is located outside the SIP node that requires authorization. Data belonging to different users may be stored in different nodes in the Home Realm, but we assume that all the data related to a particular user is stored in a single node. In my opinion we shouldn't be indicating in every place "Please reader, note that as we indicated in Section 4, a general assumption of this document is that the user data for a given user is stored in a single place in the network".
