Last time when I proposed a small addition to the draft I was told
that it is only about documenting existing behaviour, not about
defining extensions.  (My proposal was to say that clients that are
not happy about the hostname in the certificate sent by the server
should do a null request with a proper "Host" header and start a TLS
renegotiation -- this would allow IP-sharing for different hostnames
which is possible for HTTP, but currently not for HTTPS.)
