Well, it's the one that Declude usually cites:

    http://www.declude.com/junkmail/support/ip4r.htm

The last time I crosschecked their list, it was commonly used as a test
entry, enough so that citing it as a "normal" test entry may be worthwhile
to encourage the practice.
