That would be me: I'm the main developer and creator of POPFile which is 
a general email filtering system (based on Naive Bayes) but which has 
special features to do spam handling because of the spam obfuscations 
that keep popping up to fool filters.   I've been cataloging those 
obfuscations in the Field Guide to Spam.
