In any case, I just wanted to share some things I have heard at today's NIST conference on spam. A fellow from IBM was presenting and talking about various ways MTA filters can interact with the MUA, like queying the message server side until the user responds, etc. I am going to try to get a copy of the presentation from him and post a link here.
