We discussed a wide range of issues. At this time we have a summary in a 
wiki of the issues raised

and a prototype of a draft for a filtering header 
(http://www.shaftek.org/wiki/wiki.pl?Filtering_Standards/Filtered_Header).

How do you guys want to proceed on this? Would documenting the issues 
raised and requirements into a document help? Should work start on a 
filtering header document as well? Are there a few individuals who want 
to volunteer?
