Ummm... I can't provide technical details without an NDA in place 
(though I'm always happy to arrange a demo).  I'm not trying to be coy;  
I'd love to be so wealthy that I could just give the technology away for 
free; but the fact is, I gotta eat.  What I can tell you is that having 
a background in statistical language processing that goes beyond Bayes 
is a huge help when it comes to automatic document classification.

LOL!... Well, I avoided discussing eigenvectors in the talk itself, but 
on the way over to dinner, yes, there was indeed talk of eigenvectors.  
(And yes, right talk!  Glad you found it interesting!)

(I do hereby resolve not to mention eigenvectors on-list again.)  :-)
