Let me know if you want me to send a personal invitation to someone 
specific :) I would also suggest to post a short message to the main 
list soliciting major MTA/MUA developers to join. You can pass it on to 
me, and I will post it.

I would also suggest some ISPs and MTA administrators so we can see 
whether any of this is actually useful in the real world, and also to be 
able to gauge better the deployment needs of different approaches.
