  I will start off with an outline.  There will be a paragraph or two
of background, and then it will discuss EHLO/HELO, followed by MAIL
FROM.

  At this point, I view the implementation differences of the
proposals as minor.  The important thing is that there has been
general consensus on this list as to what impact a proposal will have,
both on spam and on system administrators.
