A (real) quick glance at the draft yielded these thought:

* Many legitimate domains and MTAs do not control the in-addr.arpa records
	to a degree (if at all!) that would allow arbitrary records to be added.

* DRIP attempts to provide the same authorization information using DNS records
	that the domain owner does control and MTA identification information
	controlled by the MTA operator.
