Hi,

I started to write a combined proposal today, but I actually 
didn't get very far, because I was busy with other things and
- as you have seen on the mailing list - many questions raised. 

Thus it is still far from beeing a first rough version, it is
less than 50\% and full of typos and errors. I normally wouldn't 
give this out. But since several people asked about how to start
a combined proposal, you might have a look at the overall structure
and give some comments, especially to section 1.3 where your proposals
are mentioned. Please send completions and corrections.
