draft; if you haven't reviewed the version 02 draft, you can find it at

In section 6 there is the note "anything new in SPF?"  If you review the
the list of mechanisms at http://spf.pobox.com/mechanisms.html, that
should answer your question.

As SPF was originally designed to be a hybrid of DMP and RMX, you are
all of course welcome to make it the basis for each of your combined
proposals; I believe both Hadmut and Alan are each writing one.
