  I won't play "catch-up", if that's what you mean.

  My responsibility is to coordinate and edit a combined draft.  If
you're changing your draft while I'm doing my work, it's up to you to
notify the list (and me) of any changes, and the reasons for those
changes.

  ASRG-RMX is not simply "grab whatever SPF does, and re-label it".
It's a coordinated effort to come up with a combined proposal which
satisfies all interested parties.
