It would be beneficial for everyone, if we were aware of the current 
state of all of the proposals, and once the combined proposal is 
written, work continues on that proposal only. We are currently aware of 
the following versions of current proposals, with one of them (DRIP) 
being reviewed by the DNSEXT group:
