you."  I don't recall seeing that approach in any IETF guidelines.

You've forgotten we all came here on invitation.  None of us were forced to
come.  You don't invite a bunch of people and then blackmail them into
submission - that is most certainly not in any IETF guidelines.

Answer for the egos or be prepared to lose all of your contributors.  You've
already lost Hadmut and now you've lost me.
