I don't think it's really necessary to do that in the draft, because their opinions are not significant. The RFC Editor and IETF are the people we need to convince, and I do not expect they have any problem with voluntary standards. However, if you really think it is important to address those concerns in the RFC, the material at http://www.spf.pobox.com/objections.html should provide one good starting point.
