  No, you have one data point that he may not be a spammer.  Everyone
else on the network still thinks he's a spammer.

  Think of webs of connectivity.  People/companies/domains can be
grouped into well connected sets, and those sets are loosely
connected.  If a "spammer" set of people says "he's OK", then that
statement may have no meaning to people outside of that group.
