 I was confused by the definitions text in section 3 - especially the definition of the platform you are trying to measure. It clearly states that this is not NFV or NFVI, but the following text seems equally applicable to NFVI . It also does not seem to connect well with what you are trying to describe in the following sections. 
Without clarity on what is the subject of the benchmark, it is difficult to comment on the validity of the proposed tests
