[ippm] IPPM/BMWG IETF 124 and Interim Joint Session - Presenta tion Requests

Dear IPPM and BMWG,
The final agenda has been published and the joint IPPM/BMWG sessions has been scheduled for Wednesday 09:30 - 11:30 EDT where we will accept session requests for already working group adopted work where at the joint interim, thanks a lot for the doodle feedback, we will hold on November 20th 02:00 - 04:00 pm CET for new proposed work. For both we will accept session requests starting today.

Please start sending the session request with the document reference, name of the presenter, wherever the presenter presents in person or online and the preferred length.

We will try to accommodate as much as possible. Priority on documents which have discussions on the mailing lists and bonus points on document reviews.
We have requested for both a 120 minutes session, where 30 min is reserved to for joint chartering discussions with Qin.

On Thursday 02:30 - 04:30 pm at the OPSAREA open meeting, Qin will present the result of the initial joint IPPM/BMWG chartering discussion to the OPS area.
We are all looking forward to meet you in person in Montreal or joining remotely the joint IPPM/BMWG sessions.
