I ever reviewed the draft and the authors have incorporated the comments well. I support the adoption of this draft.

One more comment: False Positive Rate and False Negative Rate seem not be clearly defined in section 4. How to is the proportion computed? According to the traffic amount, the number of packets, or the number/size of source address (prefixes)?
" The proportion of legitimate traffic which is determined to be
   spoofing traffic by the DUT across all the legitimate traffic, and
   this can reflect the SAV accuracy of the DUT."
