I feel confident that I understand the changes after 20 minutes. After
looking at them I also feel confident that anyone that has been
following
CAP can figure it out from just a file diff in 20 or so minutes.

If you are talking about comparing the mailing list to the changes
then yes that will take time. I have not seen anyone ever produce
a diff that contained cross references to mailing list archive entries.

I think that if this had been done in the past then these
conspiracy theories would have not escalated.
