Re: Document editors

Sam and I have discussed this on the phone today.

We will put off the matter of finding an editor as we're reasonably
certain that:

 - there's enough work to do for which an editor is already available
   that we could charter a WG

 - we can get an editor for the remainder of the work by the time the
   charter is last called.

We're also reasonably sure that we can get a BoF chair and, later a WG
chair.

That leaves the charter as a work item in the short and medium term.
There's no hurry, I think.
