I'd also like to see people there with experience with multi-mechanism
implementations.

O, another proposed charter item is fixing SPNEGO if that doesn't get
done sooner.  As you will recall the SPNEGO specification cannot be
implemented because it does not describe the encoding of the mechanism
oid sets to be included in the MIC.  IN addition there is significant
desire to document implementation errors Microsoft made.
