Yokohama spamish mail

[ post by non-subscriber.  with the massive amount of spam, it is easy to
  miss and therefore delete mis-posts.  so fix subscription addresses! ]

I don't expect to be there either.  But may I suggest that given that the 
number of people who've said they won't be there seems to vastly outnumber 
the number who said they would be, we can shift gears and only ask people 
who *will* be there to stand up and announce themselves?
