The document is ready for the write up.

There are a few very minor issues that can be addressed in an 06 (https://mailarchive.ietf.org/arch/msg/dhcwg/UgWtdEVv_VhEHNc3z119kHcST4I/), but best if you work on doing shepherd write up as you may find more and we can include those in the 06 and then send the 06 on when published.
