Do you still see value in the edns-tcp-keepalive and timeout value,
or do you think dns clients can already assume they can sent multiple
queries and keep the tcp connection open for a reasonably time as per
RFC 5966?

Is there any measurement data out there to see how well multiple queries
over TCP works?
