I think we're all in violent agreement here.

This draft is *only* measuring communication with the RSS and nothing
more (because that was the problem at hand: is *LocalRoot* helping
anything).

For example, QName minimization is still helping significantly in other
areas of privacy.  (though even then, you still need to send the domain
you don't want to disclose to the TLD or other registration point).
