Can you tell me, on what basis, do you make this claim?  As the writer, I know this is not true.

a Large Language Model.

Internet-Drafts posted to the IETF Stream are expected to be
submitted in compliance with RFC 5378 (BCP 78), specifically Section
5.6.  In case it is not clear, the decision rests with the working group Chair.
