If I may split a few hairs, I agree that it's a problem to which people would like to have solved, which isn't quite the same as wanting to solve it. If we see credible reports of people saying that they would actually use something like this proposal, or Ben's possible DELEG hacks, then sure, go ahead. But I don't want to spin up anther effort like DBOUND where we had proposals that were technically plausible but the parties that mattered were not interested in using them.
