No. I actually meant "numbering", but I was deliberately copying the
phrasing of the previous message, which said "numbering/routeing".

The "full ENUM records" contain routeing information in some form, but
these records aren't intended to.

No, that's not what I mean (though I'm not convinced of that either).

Very simply, there are number blocks where we know the CP they are
assigned to, but we don't know the length of numbers in that block (and,
indeed, different numbers in the block may have different lengths).

However, even if Ofcom's records were perfect, the arrangements are too
complicated to be represented in a simple table *and* change from time to
time.

Given how hard it is to get some overseas operators to even understand that
not all UK numbers begin with 01, any kind of fixed table that has to be
distributed is completely impractical.
