Only if you request ANY/ALL, if you specifically request NAPTR it
shouldn't, which is why someone else suggested you make a new DNS type
to store send-n against then naptr wouldn't break except for the case
where someone requested ANY/ALL

I'm sorry that I couldn't show a bind zone file, however bind just
didn't scale for us and I was trying to show live/real data, we ended up
coding our own software and using a DB4 backend and a copy and paste
from it would have made even less sense.
