Re: XML namespace was Re: LC model draft draft-ietf-forces-model-07.txt

You don't see it because I forgot to move the definition line from 
where it appears in the document to the IANA section where it belongs.
And I forgot to update the Forces LFB and the example LFB to 
reference it properly.
This will be fixed along with other last call issues.
