XML namespace was Re: LC model draft draft-ietf-forces-model-07.txt

I am confused by the absence of an XML namespace definition in the Schema and in
the IANA Considerations.  From parallels in other I-D and RFC,  I was expecting
something like

 xmlns:forces="urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:forces:......."

Why do I not see it?
