Re: [Model] section 3.2.5, 3.2.6 relationship with 4.7.6 and 4.8

I am not sure that there is a good order for these two.
The events section has to talk about properties, and the properties 
section has to talk about events.
(I agree that 3.2.5 and 3.2.6 ought to be in the same order as the 
components in 4.7.6 and 4.8.)
