Page 28,Figure 8 give the process of how CE and FE exchanges to associated 
to each other,after receiving association setup response message from 
FE,the CE query the FE's LFB capabilities,question is which LFBs's 
capabilites should be queryed in this process,how should it know what LFBs 
are there in FE锛Should we say it more clearly to ease interoperation?
