(no hats) Has anyone written a (clear & concise) Internet Draft on the technical aspects of this? WG mailing list debate is all well and good, but at the end of the day IMO it is no replacement for a clearly written internet draft explaining all of the detailed actual or potential technical risks and issues associated with one or another of various possible approaches.
